burger joint in white people land

I made exactly 75 cents while taking this picture. For some reason a man standing under the awning placing an order decided he wanted to throw quarters at me. I didn't notice the first quarter fly towards my person, but I noticed the second. I was a bit confused by the man's actions, as it was clear that I was not taking a picture of him. I asked him why he was throwing quarters at me.

He said, "I'm giving you money, you are taking pictures."
I asked, "Does it look like I'm begging for money? I did not take a picture of you. I'm only taking a picture of the sign."

His response was to throw another quarter in my direction. I was a little upset, but content to let the whole situation go. The staff at the Pick Quick drive-in saw the whole thing, but didn't understand why the man had a problem with me. He walked across the parking lot to his truck where he proceeded to eat his ice-cream.

It was a disturbing incident, but maybe he could throw tens next time.

Pick Quick has good burgers by the way. I'll have to go back again when I'm hungry, or in need of change.

I'm lame and I like Eddie Money. Another movie brought to you by boredom.

The "allrite - bye!" at the end made me laugh hysterically. I'm not sure why.
